Non-residential Structure Inspections.
These types of
inspections include barns, outbuildings, decks,
garages, guest houses, or any other structure not
mentioned as part of a home inspection. I do
provide inspection services for evaluating the
condition thereof. Rates and times for this special
service vary depending on subject and location.

Inspection
Time.
In this case, size does matter.

A smaller
home less than 2000 square feet will take
about 2-3 hours.

Homes approximately 2000 to
3000 square feet take about 3-4 hours.

Larger homes over
3000 square feet can expect to take 5 hours.
What really matters here is the
depth of the inspection, not the time. I provide quality
inspections and I need to be sure
that I cover your entire home. (Accepted "addendums" will
increase the inspection

Rates
Ace Home Inspection, LLC rates
are very competitive with the market.

I charge a flat rate for home
inspections.
There are no hidden
charges, such as additional charges for extra rooms
or
garages. I need the square
footage in order to accurately price the flat rate.
It's that simple.

Analysis, testing, and addendums inspections are flat rates as
well. Before signing any addendum
for testing you are required to read and sign
the pre-inspection agreement.
A
copy of all testing, analysis, and inspections
are provided to you in a booklet for your use.
Whatever information is pertinent to your case
will be included with your inspection.
